You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the website. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your submissions.

The information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.

By providing your phone number and granting SMS consent, you authorize Reiss Clinic to send recurring automated text messages related to clinical study opportunities, account notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out will not affect your eligibility for studies but may limit our ability to contact you. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or participation.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reiss Clinic does not guarantee that you will be matched with or accepted into any specific study.
